Softbit is a subsidiary of Elektrobit Group Oyj that is publicly listed in Helsinki Stock Exchange. O'Rourke is a citizen of USA and born in Minnesota. The current Eneris President Mikko Alasaarela continues as the Vice President in charge of International Business Development. Eneris focuses its international activities mainly on US market.
