Often the clients have already conducted a feasibility study before contacting us. This enables us to find the most cost efficient solution in collaboration with the client. By cost efficient we mean that our projects include the required features without being over extensive. This is accomplished by using Agile/Scrum methods internally in our software development projects. With these methods we can minimize risks by dividing development into short phases that are conducted in close collaboration with our client. Nevertheless, the implementation is realized in such a manner that it can be extended in case the client’s requirements change or additional features are needed.

Even if the specifications are clear at the start of the project, close collaboration with the client during the project is very important. This ensures that our development team has understood the special requirements of the client’s business and the end result will be what the client intended.
