Eneris is capable of working in any of the work phases listed below. Most of the time
customers have already done Feasability studies, and have already got a good handle
on requirements before they contact us - but it's really up to you.

We work closely with your team to define your product or service.
How will your product or service work? What will be the features? How many users will there be?
How fast/responsive will the system be? Special attention should be given to user interface and
ease of use requirements - these are hard to specify precisely but are critical success factors.

| Project planning |
Project planning and managment.
In project planning we work together to answer many key questions. When will it be possible
to get the thing ready? How many people will it take? What kinds of open source products
can we use to accelerate the service?

| Software development |
The hard work! (actually, every phase is hard work).
But if the planning goes well, then this is the production phase
and your software should be developed on schedule. Risks/problems are handled
together with good visibility and cooperation.

| Testing |
Testing is critical for success.
Sometimes testing or piloting software is a project in itself, if customers have software that
is already in the market. The importance of testing and sound testing methodologies cannot be
underestimated, and it is a major part of every software product development.

Deployment and training documentation.
We can work with you when you roll-out your new product. This should be smooth and
fast due to the low-maintenance software that has been developed!
