Eneris Solutions » Studying in Oulu in 1987!This is an arcticle I wrote for the University of Minnesota technology newsletter in 1988. It is about my experiences studying at the University of Oulu, where I was an exchange student. Also -- I did a sidebar about the little company named Nokia that wanted to make it big in telecommunications. You've got to remember that Nokia was very much an underdog at that time, and the general consensus in Finland was that money might be better spent investing in automation and industries (from paper/pulp background).
